Hello fellow Yogis and welcome back to what is quickly (and dishearteningly) becoming a dispatch on my ongoing struggles with a most fearsome foe…the termite. Yes, once again I’ve been blessed by their creepy crawly presence in my old house, which apparently sits on some sort of ancient termite burial site or energy nexus that calls them back once every couple of years!
Since I’m no stranger to termites, I knew I would need to act fast. Step one was to find another company to come out and see the extent of the damage and determine if a tent was necessary. Step two was to prepare my studio office for another week of doubling as my bedroom!
After an extensive search, the company I ended up picking for the job was Natural Science Exterminating, figuring that I could not go wrong with a company that uses naturally derived chemicals and agents to exterminate and repel pests. I try to utilize only natural products in my daily life, so it just seemed natural (hah!) to use a company who incorporates environmental concerns into their brand and service.

I found that once I called this company they were able to come out and inspect right away which was free of charge. Also their prices won any one else that had come out to look at one of my buildings. Once I agreed to accept their service and the price they were out here by the next day to do the work. I now have a yearly contract with them and any time I see anything I give them a call and they are more then willing to come out and check it out for us. My business is growing which means I have more buildings now and I am very pleased with Natural Science Exterminating. They are our #1 choice when it comes to termites. The inspectors are very honest which is a wonderful thing cause it makes you feel like they are not there just to take your money.

If you’re like me and you’d prefer natural pest removal and prevention over purely manufactured poisons, do yourself a favor and get in contact with Natural Science Exterminating. I feel much better knowing the company uses chemicals like orange oil and borates rather than some horrific poisons synthesized in a lab, and I sleep way better knowing they provide a team of carpenters to repair any damage they observe when performing their inspection!
